The Pat Harrison Waterway District shall receive separate sealed bids for the Flint Creek Campground Expansion -Tallulah Campground no later than 10:00 A.M., Local Time, January 8, 2026 at Pat Harrison Waterway District Office, 17 JM Tatum Industrial Drive #120, Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39401. All bids so received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Work shall consist of work related to the construction of a bathhouse and utilities for a new RV campground loop and bathhouse. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential sub-contracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs.

All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from www.ticeengplans.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee for each set. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.

A complete bid proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited with Pat Harrison Waterway District Office, 17 JM Tatum Industrial Drive #120, Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39401 prior to the hour and date above designated. The Pat Harrison Waterway District has the right to reject any and all bids received.
