The City of Wiggins shall receive separate sealed bids for the Phase I Sewer Rehab Project.
Bids will be received by the City of Wiggins herein called the “owner” at City Hall, 117 North First Street, Wiggins, Mississippi 39577 until 5:00 p.m. local time April 6, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
